I’m Demi, and I’ve been

Ungatekeeping The Arts

I’ve been building a collective of artists, anchored by the Artist Toolkit, a curated database of Australian arts grants & opportunities.

There are two sides to me —

Community & storytelling

I’ve been building a creative community centred around the Artist Toolkit - a grant-finding tool supporting artists across Australia - all while creating original films, performances, music and content of my own.

Hi! I’m

And I've been building a career as a singer, producer & actor across theatre, film and digital media. Whether it’s performing in musical theatre at the Hanoi Opera House, to singing cabaret across Sydney, or producing original music-heavy films and digital projects, my craft is driven by a love of storytelling.

Let's See It!

Have you ever been told -

You can’t be creative AND produce at the same time.

Yeah same. 😬 And you know what? They were wrong. I know this because I’ve been producing theatre, film, music and digital projects for the last 6 years, and you definitely can. So I'm sharing what I've learned while continuing to make art of my own.

Demi’s ability to communicate with actors is a gift. I so admire her understanding and empathy for the struggling actor/performer. Those who come in contact with her are better for the experience.

She has a tremendous inner life going on, and a luminosity captured by the camera.
She is a seriously hard worker.
